Olive Garden Alfredo Sauce
Olive Garden Alfredo Sauce
1 pint of Heavy Cream
1 stick of butter
2 TBSP. Cream Cheese
1/2- 3/4 C. Parmesan Cheese
1 tsp. garlic powder (I actually take it a little easier on the garlic powder)
Combine butter, heavy cream, & Cream Cheese in a sauce pan. Simmer until all is melted and mixed well. Add the parmesan cheese and garlic powder. Simmer this for 15-20 minutes on low. You may wish to add pepper and a little salt.
When the sauce is finished I pour it over my cooked noodles and top with LOTS of parmesan cheese. It would be wonderful with chicken or broccoli added as well. This is a family favorite in my home. I found this recipe on the CopyKat website, it’s intended to be a lot like the Olive Garden alfredo sauce… I wouldn’t say that it tastes just like it but it’s definitely a great alfredo sauce recipe to have on hand.

So easy and so yummy ! Thanks for the recipe.
Okay, everyone, I tried this last night and my husband wants to have it again tonight! It is so good and easy, I’ll never buy alfredo sauce in a jar again! Tip: Get the sauce cooking before you prep your other food because it does take quite a while to get good and thick.
That looks too yummy! I will have to try that, we love pasta and alfredo!
