Cleatskins Review & Giveaway

I was thrilled to be contacted by Cleatskins. Cleatskins are a revolutionary footwear accessory for athletes on the go. Cleatskins are a flexible shell designed to fit over plastic and rubber cleated footwear.
Marianne Kay, a full-time mom for over 14 years, was inspired to create Cleatskins after noticing the significant wear and tear in her home and her car. Her husband, Rick, was also getting tired of replacing worn out cleats for their oldest son. Together they experimented until eventually Cleatskins were born.
Cleatskins are available in Youth XXS to Adult XXL and come in 12 really cool colors so you can easily match any cleat or uniform. These are also machine washable which makes them easy to care for and always looking new.

My sister, Stephanie, has 4 boys and was excited to try out Cleatskins with her oldest son who plays soccer. This is what she had to say about them “Cleatskins are of GREAT quality! They also have really nice packaging. Our only issue is that they seem to run small. According to the size chart, they should have fit my son’s Youth Nike cleats. In spite of being just a bit too small they are incredibly useful, not only do they protect his cleats but they also protect our house. They have a lot of colors to choose from. We chose blue and we love that they match his cleats perfectly. Another thing I love about them is that they came with a bracelet that holds the Cleatskins together and then he’s able to wear the bracelet while his Cleatskins are on his shoes so he doesn’t lose it.”

What a fantastic new invention. I wish they had come out with these 8yrs ago! I have 2 children very active in sports. I would love to have a pair of XXL Black. I was hoping they had Maroon for our school colors but Black goes with any Color so that works just fine. Thanks for sharing and now I’m off to spread the word.
