Sure it's okay to vent, leave names off. If people know who you ar talking about without names then that should say a lot in and of itself.<br /><br />Blog for yourself not for anyone else. Don't think about "competition" because really there is none unless you make someone your competition.<br /><br />Blog whatever you are feeling but don't necessarily always publish it.
