Submitted by Miranda on July 2, 2009 – 10:07 am2 Comments

UL logoOn the 22nd I’ll be attending the Safety Starts at Home event with other bloggers in Chicago. Underwriters Laboratories (UL) – the world’s oldest and most trusted product safety organization will be hosting the event and we’ll learn first hand the do’s and don’ts of grilling, pool and backyard play set safety, and back to school safety tips among other things. UL’s own safety expert John Drengenberg was featured on the CBS Early Show discussing grilling safety. There’s some really great tips in this video that can help you keep your home safe this summer.
