My favorite go-to treats when I’m having a craving but I don’t want to go completely overboard are the lower-calorie ice cream bars. One thing I see a lot of every summer is juice boxes.  Everywhere I go - the beach, the park, the pool, soccer games, baseball games, you name it – I see juice boxes.  We have all been trained to believe juice boxes are a healthy alternative to soda and Kool-Aid for our kids.  Really, they’re not.  They’re chock full of sugar, food coloring, and most aren’t even predominantly juice!
